How and when you get your work
Everything we do is delivered online. Here’s what to expect, and when. Last updated: 29 September 2026.
The short version
- Everything we supply is digital. Nothing is posted or couriered, so there are no delivery charges.
- We work online with clients across South Africa and abroad.
- Work starts after a 5-business-day cooling-off period, which begins the day you sign up and pay. Change your mind in that time and you get a full refund.
- You see everything before it goes live, through a shared link, email or WhatsApp.
1. How we deliver
- Content calendars, posts, graphics, drafts and reports come to you as a shared online link (like a shared folder or design link), by email, or on WhatsApp.
- Approved posts are published or scheduled on your pages through the team access you give us.
- Invoices are emailed to you, and Payfast emails you a receipt when you pay.
- We confirm each delivery with a message, so you always have a record.
2. Social media packages

If approvals or material from you arrive later than planned, the schedule moves by the same amount. We never post anything you haven’t approved.
3. Website builds
- Design starts after your 5-business-day cooling-off period, which begins the day you sign up and pay your deposit. From then, your site is usually live in about a week once we have your details (business information, logo, photos and answers to our questions).
- You get a private link to review the draft. Changes are usually made within 2 working days.
- The site goes live once you’ve approved it and paid the balance.
- Connecting your domain name can take 24 to 48 hours to work everywhere. That part is controlled by internet providers, not us.
4. Hosting & care
Your site stays online and is kept secure for as long as you’re subscribed. Small updates you ask for (hours, prices, a photo, a few lines of text) are usually done within 3 working days.
5. Working hours
Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 South African time (SAST), except South African public holidays. We usually reply to messages within one working day.
6. If something delays delivery
If something on our side will make us late, we’ll tell you as soon as we know, with a new date. If we can’t deliver something you’ve paid for, see section 4 of our Refund policy.
